Do you guarantee your work? Your satisfaction is our main concern. If ever you are unhappy with our services, let us know, and we will do everything in our power to fix the problem.

Are your chemicals safe for our children and pets? When possible, we use only those chemicals that are green-seal stamped and certified by the Environmental Protection Agency. The only exception is when we have to attack tough spots/stains a little more aggressively. Even so, we have special equipment that will extract any chemicals completely out of your carpet, carpet backing, and carpet pad. Our company was founded on providing 100% safe floor care for your family and your pets.

Is the Rotovac really that much better than other methods of carpet cleaning? YES!! The dual rotating heads create a steam chamber, scrubbing and extracting all at one time. This tool is something you must see to believe. Give us a try, let us show you the difference we can make in your carpet.

Are you certified? We are certified in Advanced Carpet Cleaning by the IICRC (Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, Restoration Certification). In fact, many carpet manufacturers require IICRC certified technicians to treat carpets in order to accept warranty requests from their customers.

What method do you use to clean carpet? We use the hot water extraction method (steam cleaning). Contrary to what anyone else may tell you, this is the most effective way to deep-clean your carpet.

Why hot water extraction? Shaw Floors, the largest carpet manufacturer in America, recommends the hot water extraction method. Their research has indicated that this method  provides the best capability for cleaning. There is no better way to thoroughly clean your carpet.

How long will it take for my carpet to dry? There are several factors that come into play, but typical drying time is 2-5 hours.

How often should I get my carpet cleaned? Take a piece of sandpaper and rub it a few times over a sheet of plexiglass. This is exactly what soil does to your carpet fibers over time. How can you prevent this? You can't, but you can slow the wear by weekly vacuuming and having your carpets professionally cleaned using the hot water extraction method approximately every 6 to 18 months, depending on your lifestyle.
